Pricing and Payment: Price list is subject to change, though the price quoted at the time of booking will be honoured. A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the agreed total price is required to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the session. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or cash.
Travel Expenses: Travel expenses will be billed separately at a rate of up to £20 per additional hour of travel time (round trip) with the first hour being included in the photoshoot price. Trips which are under one hour of travel time (round trip) have no additional cost with the exception of necessary tolls or parking fees. This cost will be calculated and agreed upon at the time of booking.
Image Use and Rights: Luke Sullivan retains the full copyright to all images. The client is granted a Personal Use License to reproduce and use the images for personal purposes (e.g., printing, sharing on personal social media). Commercial use is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission and a separate licensing agreement.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: If the client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable. If Luke must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. Rescheduling is subject to Luke’s availability.
Editing and Delivery: Images will be delivered via an online gallery within 14 days. Unedited/RAW files are not included in any package.
